When should I rsvp by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 1st so we are able to report to our vendors in a timely manner. If you are not able to RSVP we will assume you can't make it and there will not be enough food for everyone. Please RSVP!!

Can I bring a date?

Only if you reach out to Payton or Brea to let us know so we can account for the extra person.

Alcohol?

Answer

You know it will be a party! Select drinks will be on the couple, but the venue welcomes BYOB. Load up a cooler and join us! We recommend labeling your cooler if you bring one.

Can we camp?

Answer

Yes! There are beautiful and free campgrounds less than a mile away all-around Ranch A. Park your camper and walk back when you're ready for bed!

Lodging at Ranch A?

Answer

There is some lodging available at Ranch A, please reach out to Brea and Payton to see if there is room for you to crash there! All wedding party members and their plus ones have a bed reserved in the lodge. Otherwise please reach out for us to save you a bed!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Our wedding falls the week before Sturgis Rally. This is a busy time in the Black Hills. We recommend booking your rooms ASAP. There are tons of AirBNBs in the area too. Closest and most convenient hotel stays are about 20 minutes away in Spearfish, SD.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see everyone dress up with us! There is no specific dress code but we are requesting semi-formal attire.

What is the color scheme?

Answer

Our goal is bright, Summery, and fun! The wedding will be decorated in pastel yellows, pinks, whites, and oranges. Match with us by wearing pastels if you'd like!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4. Please arrive by 3:30 to say your hello's and find a seat.
