The dress code for our wedding is formal attire. For ladies, we invite floor-length gowns or elegant formal dresses in refined fabrics and elevated silhouettes. Gentlemen are asked to wear a suit with a dress shirt and tie or bow tie; tuxedos are welcome but not required. As the ceremony is planned to take place outdoors in the Rocky Mountains during winter, we recommend bringing a warm coat or wrap. Guests may also wish to wear weather-friendly footwear for the ceremony and change into dress shoes for the indoor reception. A designated area will be available indoors to hang coats and jackets during the evening. We look forward to celebrating this special evening together and seeing everyone dressed for the occasion.
Yes, we plan to hold the ceremony outdoors. In the event of extreme weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors for everyone’s comfort. The cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors regardless. As this is winter in the Colorado mountains, we encourage guests to plan for cold temperatures and dress accordingly. Blankets, hand warmers, and heaters will be provided for the ceremony as needed, and layers are highly recommended.
Late December in Estes Park is typically cold, and winter weather can be unpredictable. While the ceremony will take place outdoors, the cocktail hour and reception will be indoors. We recommend dressing in warm, removable layers, as well as planning transportation and arrival times with potential winter conditions in mind.
Yes, accessible parking is available at the venue. Shuttles will be provided throughout the property to transport guests from the parking areas to the ceremony site, and then to the cocktail hour and reception space. If you have any special requests or accessibility needs, please let the bride or groom know in advance so we can assist in making your experience as comfortable as possible.
While we would love to accommodate everyone, due to limited space we kindly ask that guests attend according to the names listed on the invitation. If you have any questions or special circumstances, please feel free to reach out to the bride or groom.
