FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

March 24th, but being that our wedding is over a holiday weekend and at the start of summer, flights and rooms may fill up quickly, so we would recommend booking as soon as possible.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Only the guests listed on the RSVPs are invited to the wedding.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, kids will not be allowed, as this will be an adults-only resort and wedding.

Question

Who do I reach out to regarding hotel reservation questions?

Answer

If you have questions about the process of booking a room, feel free to ask Hunter or Payson directly prior to booking. If you have changes after booking, you can reach out to their Reservations department, whose details are listed under the Travel section of our website.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code will be beach formal. Please do not wear casual attire, like short sleeve shirts or short dresses. Also, please avoid wearing white or blue for women, and gray for men. Neutral colors or pastels are preferred. The ceremony will be on a rooftop, so we would recommend wearing sunglasses or a hat, as it will be outdoors around sunset. The rest of the night will be indoors. Feel free to take a look at this Pinterest page for inspiration (please copy and paste the link in a new browser): https://pin.it/3I2CVucLE

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony at 5:45pm latest.

Question

I have a food allergy or restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course, when you RSVP, it will allow you to include any dietary restrictions you may have.
