Question
When can I check into the hotel?
Answer
Hotel check in for guests begins at 3:00 pm. Our shuttle will arrive prior to this time as our guest arrival also begins at 3:00 pm. Due to this, we encourage guests to book Friday 06/28/2024 and Saturday 06/29/2024 nights to make your time less stressful. However, if this does not work for you, don’t worry! Hotel Warner will hold luggage for you until you are able to check in. The desk is also staffed 24/7 meaning you will be able to check in after the wedding as well.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Parking is self service, and down a short pathway from the venue. If handicapped parking is needed, there are two handicap spaces located directly next to the mansion

Will there be transportation provided to the ceremony and back to the hotel?
Answer
Yes! Shuttle transportation will be provided from the hotel to the ceremony, and back to the hotel after the reception. Please view the 'Travel' tab for more details.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Our guest count is strict to accommodate a sit down ceremony and dinner. If your addressed envelope contains the word "guest" you may bring a plus one. If your addressed envelope contains two names, both people are invited. If your addressed envelope contains the word "Family", your entire family is invited. Thank you for your understanding.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The closest description for the preferred dress code is: sophisticated cocktail attire. Please consider wearing a midi, tea length or long dress, floor length jumpsuit, or a suit with a jacket. No tuxedo necessary! Summer inspired colors are encouraged, but not required. Florals are welcome!

Why does the reception end at 9:00 pm?
Answer
Parque is located in Ridley Creek state park. The state park has a strict curfew of 10:00 pm. To allow our vendors enough time to collect all items used during the wedding, the reception will conclude at 9:00 pm, with final goodbyes to occur by 10:00 pm. An afterparty will be held at Slow Hand in West Chester (approximately 2 blocks from Hotel Warner) after the reception to keep the party going!

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
Yes! We are registered through Zola. You can access our registry through the registry tab at the top of the website. You may notice that our list is smaller than a typical registry. We currently have an apartment full of wonderful home items. While we may not need many material items, we are looking to gain experiences together. Help us to do so by supporting our cash funds!
