HIS VERSION: "The first time i saw Alli Ryan was at an event for a friends company, I was on my way out and she was on her way in. My brother and I were headed up to Colorado the next day so I had to leave but she took my breath away. Months later I came across her on a dating app, and said if this doesn’t work out then I’m done with dating for a bit. It worked out. But we went on a few dates over the span of a month or more, including one where I got shot at by an arrow at a circus, but it all clicked when I saw her sing at church. She sang and it was the prettiest voice I’d ever heard and to watch her worship made it clear she is someone worth dating. I met her parents that day, then asked her out at the gas station on the way to lunch with her parents, she said no, then asked her again in the car, she said yes, so by the time we got to lunch with her parents we were officially dating. Ever since then she’s been pushing me to be better and teaching me to enjoy being social, and I’m just trying to listen and thanking God she hasn’t come to her senses yet." HER VERSION: "It was love at first...swipe. Well not exactlly. After we matched on a dating app, we met up for our first date at Max's Wine Dive where we talked for hours and hours. I thought Payne was a great guy but didn't know where things were going to go. We went on a 2nd and 3rd date but I continued to feel the same way. It wasn't until the 4th date that everything changed. He took me to a mall parking lot water circus in Katy...if that wasn't bad enough the ring master chose Payne out of a crowd of hundreds to come lead a very long and embarassing skit and if you know Payne he is not a "comfortable on stage" kinda guy...can't relate. I have never laughed harder and it was the best date I have ever been on. It didn't take long for us to start seeing each other every day. It didn't matter what we were doing, we were having the most fun. Eventually, he asked me to be his girlfriend in a gas station parking lot (I don't know what his deal with parking lots is) I said no the first 2 times and yes on the 3rd...consistency is key! Since then I have not only found and fallen in love with my best friend but also our days are filled with love, laughter and dreams come true.
