Braedon is AJ's little brother and best man. They had a typical sibling bond growing up. They would pick on each other daily (AJ once threw B into a laundry basket). Despite the sibling rivalry and bickering, AJ has loved growing up with B. His childhood would be have been boring and severely less funny without his B. AJ thanks him for standing as his best man on the big day.
Allyson Broadstreet

Allyson and Shelby met their freshman year at Purdue while auditioning for "The Rocky Horror Picture Show." They became inseparable as they spent many late nights in rehearsals, and grabbing post-rehearsal milkshakes at Pappy's diner. Shelby is forever blessed to have Allyson as a best friend for so many years. AJ and Allyson also pick on each other like siblings, so that is cool. Favorite activities to do together: go to ulta, watch tiktoks, and hunt for squishmallows.
Abby Perrey

Boy- where to begin with this one! Abby and Shelby have been best friends since the 6th grade. They would spend their childhood filming silly skits or baking sweets at home. At school, they both shared a love for the performing arts. Many years were spent side-by-side during choir and theatre activities. Shelby would like to thank Abby for inspiring her to audition for so many shows. Without Abby's enthusiasm to perform, Shelby would have probably never had the courage to audition for anything. So you can blame the breaking out into song and dance thing on Abby! Shelby would like to thank Abby for making her childhood and high-school years so sweet and memorable.
Dakota Carlton

AJ has known Dakota since sophomore year of high school. They both played high school football and rugby together. Dakota always keeps AJ laughing. AJ is super thankful to have a goofy and genuine guy like Dakota by his side! He is also excited to "raise a lil hell" at the bach party with Dakota...
Tessa Combs

Tessa has two titles: childhood bff and "cousin". Shelby's mom and Tessa's mom have been best friends since high school. Naturally, Shelby and Tessa grew up with each other. Shelby loved having an older "cousin" to play dress-up and do make-overs with. One of her favorite memories with Tess is creating "music videos" and rocking out to early 2000 pop music. They essentially invented Tiktok, before it was cool! Shelby will always have a special spot in her heart for Tess, as her childhood would have not been the same without her.
Grace Payne

Grace is Shelby's future sister-in-law! Grace and Shelby have bonded over the years at the Payne house and family vacations. Shelby always wanted a sis growing up, and now she will soon officially have one! Shelby is excited to join the "Mrs. Payne" club, and can't wait to have Grace stand by her side on the big day.
Jacob Hubbard

Shelby met Jacob within, "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" her freshman year at Purdue. Upon first impression, Shelby thought Jacob was running the show because he literally looked 30- must have been the beard. Turns out he was only a sophomore, and absolutely smashed the role of "Frank-n-Furter." Eventually- AJ, Shelby, and Jacob rented a (probably haunted) old house together later at Purdue. Many fond memories of movie nights, house parties, and game nights will be forever cherished. Shelby would like to thank Jacob for bringing AJ home in one piece after many bar-hopping nights. Also, to please stop trying to steal her man. AJ would like to thank Jacob for being his college drinking buddy. Also, he wouldn't mind if he got stolen by Jacob.
