Things To Do

Roosevelt Row Downtown Phoenix

Located less than 1 mile from our Wedding Venue, the Teapot, Roosevelt Row is a popping strip of restaurants and bars in Downtown Phoenix. One of our favorite spots is AZ Wilderness Brewery, the location of our first date. Erin is a fan of their "This Beer Saves Water" while Payleigh prefers their "La Ciudad".

Old Town Scottsdale

Spend an afternoon in Old Town Scottsdale! Old Town Scottsdale has earned its reputation as a world-class, bucket list destination with some of the Southwest’s finest museums and art galleries, restaurants and nightclubs, local retail shops, boutique hotels, and performing arts centers – all within a condensed, walkable area.

MLB Spring Training

Catch an MLB spring training game! Where can you go to see half of the Major Leagues’ 30 teams play without having to drive more than 47 miles – and oftentimes much shorter distances? That would be the Cactus League, where 15 teams prepare for the season in a relatively tight radius surrounding the beautiful Valley of the Sun – Phoenix, Arizona.

The Grand Canyon

Take a drive up to the Grand Canyon while in the Grand Canyon State! It is roughly a 4 hour drive from Downtown Phoenix so additional planning would be needed. Considering it is one of the 7 natural wonders of the world, it is definitely worth a visit.

Downtown Tempe

If you are looking for a college town vibe, head to Downtown Tempe. Home to the historic Mill Avenue, ASU, and the perfect mix of outdoor adventure, culture, iconic landmarks, and creative energy. Whether you’re craving brunch, a craft cocktail, or an outdoor adventure, you’ll find it here. Fair warning, there will be rowdy college kids in the street when the sun goes down.
