Where and when is the wedding taking place?
Answer
Our wedding will take place on April 26, 2025 at The Acreage, located at 563 County Rd L, Palmyra, NE 68418. The ceremony will begin at 3:00 pm, followed by a reception at 6:00 pm.

Do I need to RSVP?
Answer
Yes, please RSVP by March 23, 2025. You can RSVP directly on our website under the "RSVP" tab. Your response helps us plan for food and seating arrangements.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Formal Elegant Garden Attire! For Ladies: Floor-length/maxi gowns or elegant cocktail dresses. Accessories such as shawls or stylish clutches will add a perfect touch. For Gentlemens: Tuxedos or classic suits are ideal. Feel free to incorporate touches of pastel color or floral patterns, such as pocket squares or ties, that echo the garden theme. Colors: Any garden, bright, pastel colors or floral prints are encouraged. We kindly request that guests refrain from wearing “white, or ivory” to honor the couple’s wishes. Please wear what makes you feel your best while keeping the vibe of the day in mind. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We’re asking for an "unplugged ceremony," meaning we kindly request that all guests put away their phones and cameras during the ceremony. This allows everyone to be fully present and lets our professional photographers capture the moment beautifully. Reception only: Feel free to take as many photos as you like, we can’t wait to share all the memories with you afterward!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?
Answer
While we absolutely adore your little ones, due to limited seating at the venue, we kindly ask that no children under the age of 16 attend our wedding. We hope you can still join us for a wonderful evening of celebration with friends and family!

Is there a rain plan for outdoor events?
Answer
Yes! In the event of rain, we have a backup indoor location at the venue. The ceremony will still take place at the same time and we’ll ensure the experience is just as beautiful indoors.

Answer
The average temperature in April for a typical day ranges from a high of 70°F to a low of 40°F . Please dress appropriately.

How far away is the wedding venue?
Answer
Omaha, NE is about 1 hour away from the venue, while Lincoln, NE is approximately 20-30 minutes away. Please be sure to allow extra time for travel when planning your trip to our venue.

Is it a good idea to take an Uber or Lyft to the wedding venue?
Answer
Our wedding venue is located in a rural area, so taking an Uber or Lyft may not always be the most convenient option. If you're staying in Omaha, it might be more cost-effective to rent a car for the weekend or carpool with another guest.
