Wedding Party

Let us introduce you to our lovely family, without whom this wedding would not be possible!

Renuka Patel

Mother of the Bride

There is simply not enough space on this page to describe how important my mom is to me. She is my rock, my best friend, and the most beautiful woman inside and outside. Every obstacle I’ve ever faced in my life, every milestone I’ve achieved, and every light and dark moment, she has stood by me and supported me. I would not be the person I am today without her. She is the backbone of our family. One of the most ongoing jokes between us is the fact that I always ask her for medical recommendations when I’m sick even though I’m a pharmacist myself. “Mom, these are my symptoms, what should I take?” She answers with an elaborate drug-based- recommendation, natural medicine adjunct, and a follow-up timeline. I cherish the small moments like chatting with you for hours at the dining table on my days off. Thank you for going above and beyond to make my dream wedding possible! I love and appreciate you so much!

Rakesh Patel

Father of the Bride

My dad is the most hardworking, humble, and caring person. His acts of service show how much he loves his family. Dad, you have faced many adversities in life, but I just want to say that I see you, and I’m very proud of all the things you have accomplished. You’re the best father and the reason why I have learned to not settle and be strong in life. If I just talked about getting something from the store, the next day it would be in the house. If I had car problems, you would take care of it immediately just so I can be safe. Thank you for everything! I love you very much, Dad!

Priya Patel

Sister of the Bride

My sister and I have so many memories from playing together as kids, being there for each other through life’s ups and downs, and our classic roast sessions. She has been a great example of how an older sibling should be, and I have learned a lot from her. Her resiliency is very admirable, and she is a strong person that I look up to even to this day. My favorite memory with her is making late-night food runs along with our chat sessions. Love you so much, sis!

Pankaj Patel

Brother of the Bride

My little brother and I have an 8-year age gap, but we get along so well. I’ve watched Pankaj grow up throughout the years: from a baby, to elementary school, to high school, and now a college man. All I can say is that you’ve become a fine, young man with a bright future ahead of him. My favorite memory as kids is when we used to have wrestling mania fights when we were mad at each other but then started playing video games 5 minutes later. During the summertime, we bonded a lot while playing hours of Naruto and DBZ. He’ll always be my baby brother. Love you, bro!

Kanti Dada & Savita Baa

Paternal Grandparents

My entire childhood is filled with memories of Dada buying me toys/coloring books and Baa making me yummy food. Dada’s sense of humor always makes me laugh even on my bad days. One of my favorite memories is when he would always take me to the park to feed the ducks. My Baa’s caring nature makes me feel loved and homey. I remember she always used to make me food after I came home from school trips. My Dada and Baa have always been there for me through every obstacle. I am so blessed to have such wonderful grandparents who have shaped me into the person I am today. I love you both so much, and may Maharaj & Swami give you great health!

Atmaram Dada(Late)& Kanta Baa

Maternal Grandparents

My grandparents from my mom’s side have given me so much love and affection. My Baa flew from India when I was born and stayed with us for a couple of years to help take care of me. She has nourished, pampered, and loved me unconditionally. I’ve only met my Dada once when I was 10 years old. We traveled to India and stayed at his house for a month. He was so warmhearted and protective towards us (especially when Mom was scolding us). Our personalities were very similar, and he is one of the people I look up to because he was fierce, confident, and such an intelligent man. I will forever be grateful for my gold-hearted grandparents.

Hitendra & Dipti Gosai

Parents of the Groom

My parents have always been by my side and supported me through the ups and downs of life. They have been my support system and the foundation of who I am. I have watched their relentless work ethic, drive to provide a better life for their family, and grounded personalities my whole life. I have seen the hard work they put into their work lives and the care and support they provide to family and friends. These values have definitely shaped who I am as a person. From making sure I was able to travel for Karate, Soccer, Football, Cricket, and other endeavors to making sure I was doing well in school and on time for each activity my parents have made sure both children can achieve as much as possible. They are the biggest influences in my life and I’m so happy I get to call them Mom and Dad.

Jiten (Jay) Gosai

Brother of the Groom

My brother has been my role model as far as I can remember. Even as children, I would look up to him and want to copy everything he did. If he went to school, I wanted to go to school surprising enough. If my parents told me anything, I would confirm with Jay before I believed my parents. One of the earliest ways I wanted to be like him was when he started Karate. I wanted to be like him so bad I joined the class as well. He was 7 and I was only 3.5 years old. I was the youngest in the class but I didn’t care because I was like my brother. Throughout our lives we have always thought about each other in our own ways. When he would get candy from school, he would always say “can I get 1 for my brother?” When I started playing football in 5th grade he was playing in 9th grade. He was #75 on the team so I chose 75 for my team. Now that we are older and living further away, I know he still tries to look out for me and to this day, I still look up to my older brother.
