Flight
For our out-of-towner guests, we recommend flying into SJC, SFO, or OAK airports. SJC (San Jose) is the closest one to the venue, about 30 minutes away.
Hotel
We have secured a group rate for 30 rooms at 2 sister Marriott hotels next to each other for 09/26 and 09/27! If you require accommodation, please use the group rate link below (Click 'View') and book by 08/26. - You can adjust the dates + select the room that best fits your needs. The Courtyard has standard rooms while the Residence Inn has suites. - We were only able to secure 30 rooms on the discount, so it'll be on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please book by 08/26 (after which the rooms will be released). - If all the rooms are booked, no problem, there are other hotel options close to the venue (La Quinta, Hamilton).
Shuttle

For those staying at the hotel, there will be a 25-seater shuttle service (first-come first-serve) back to the hotel at 10 pm and at 11 pm. The hotel is just 10 minutes away, so Ubering is also a convenient option. If you're driving to the venue and you want to take the shuttle back to the hotel, you also have the option to leave your car at the property overnight and pick it up the next day.
