We kindly ask that our guests arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony time and are seated by 3:45pm so that we can start our wedding ceremony promptly.
Our wedding attire is black tie preferred. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing white, off-whites, and silver! You will be walking on grass, so be mindful of your shoe choice.
Our wedding will be completely outdoors. The ceremony will be in the gardens, and the reception will be tented. Please plan accordingly for the weather!
We will be providing bus transportation to and from the wedding venue from Hotel Roanoke. You are also welcome to drive; there will be plenty of parking onsite. Uber/Lyft is also an option.
We love your little ones; however, the Wedding is an adults-only event. Children are welcome to attend the Welcome Party on Saturday and the Brunch on Monday.
The buses will depart promptly at 3:00pm to get to the venue from Hotel Roanoke. If you are taking the transportation, we kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes before departure to ensure you don't miss the bus! They will leave on time to ensure the ceremony start time is not delayed.
