Will the couple change their last name after the wedding?

Answer

Elizabeth plans to take Patrick's last name after the wedding, and the couple will be Mr. and Mrs. Patrick and Elizabeth Pavloff. However, it does take some time to legally change Elizabeth's last name so we ask that all gifts, checks, etc. be written for or shipped to only Patrick Pavloff. This will avoid any confusion while the name change process is finalized.

What is the couple's new address?

Answer

Patrick and Elizabeth currently live in Greenhills, OH at 30 Imbler Drive (45218) but kindly ask that any items be shipped to Patrick's dad's address at 6072 Bridgeton Manor Drive, Liberty Township, OH 45011 or to the return address (Elizabeth's parents' house) listed on any wedding mail you've received!
