Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The Whittmore at Vyne has a large parking lot, but there will be transportation from the hotel to the venue throughout the entire time!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a large bus to transport people before the ceremony, while the Wyndham offers a smaller bus to transport people to and from throughout the entire time.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony begins at 5:30pm, so were recommend heading over around 5pm to find your seat!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

The afterparty will be held at Brewbury, which is across the parking lot from the venue. No transportation needed!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and reception will be adults only.

What is the deadline for booking my hotel under the wedding block?

Answer

The hotel informed us that the last day to book a room under the hotel block is June 30th, 2025. Rooms will have to be booked outside of the block subsequent to that date.
