If you're booking accommodations outside the room blocks, please note that our weekend shuttles will only run between the venue, The William Mason House, and our two room-block hotels. Rideshare services are accessible in the area (schedule in advance if you can!) and valet parking will be available at the venue.
Yes! Shuttles will be provided between the room block hotels, The William Mason House, and Lord Thompson Manor for Friday & Saturday events. We'll share the full schedule closer to the big day. Prefer to drive yourself? No problem - valet parking will be available at the venue.
