Is there hotel information?

Answer

Yes! If you find the "location" tab of our site, there will be two hotel options that have blocks for the VanderWiere-Pavlak wedding. You will find the location, name, and phone number of the hotels. The hotel rooms are at a discounted rate if you book within our block, so please keep that in mind when planning your travel!

Venue Accomodations

Answer

There will be an open bar at the event, so please plan travel accordingly. You ARE allowed to leave your car overnight, but it must be picked up by 11:00 am the next day. We want everyone to enjoy themselves and have a wonderful time, but YOU are responsible for your own travel, so please plan accordingly.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask that the dress code be Semi-formal! We would love to see everyone dressed up for a night out, but also be comfortable! We ask that you avoid colors close to white or ivory, as the Bride AND Groom will be in white! Still unsure what to wear? For women, midi- or tea-length dresses, skirts, or dressy jumpsuits are wonderful options. For men, ties are optional. Dress pants, button-up shirts, sport coats, and suits are all appropriate. Please refrain from wearing jeans, activewear, or overly casual attire.

Can I bring a plus one?

We wish we could invite everyone! Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate the guests named on each formal invitation. Your invite will be titled with your name and "Guest" if we are able to accommodate a plus one for you! Thank you for understanding and helping us keep our celebration intimate.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love all the little ones in our lives, but due to space limitations, our celebration will be mostly adults-only. For those with children included, your invitation will be titled "The _ Family". Please check the online RSVP for those specifically included, or feel free to reach out if you have questions! Thank you for understanding as we keep our guest list intimate.

When do I need to RSVP?

We kindly ask that all responses be received by October 1, 2026, to help us finalize arrangements with our venue and vendors. We cannot guarantee accommodations for responses received after this date. Thank you for understanding.

Where are you registered/where can we find it?

Answer

We are registered on Amazon and Target! Currently, those are live so that you can see them there. Soon enough, we will add our registry to this website, and you can access it here. Until then, just look up our names at Amazon and Target!
