FAQs

The Wedding Website of Kayla Clark and Grayson Pavlacky
We are so thrilled to celebrate this special day with our dearest family and friends! To help make your experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible, we’ve gathered a few helpful details below. If there’s anything else you need or a question we haven’t covered, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re so grateful you’ll be part of our celebration.
Question

CAN I BRING A GUEST/DATE?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on our guest list. If you received a plus one, your guest’s name will appear on your invitation and will also be listed under your name when you RSVP. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

Question

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

Answer

We adore your little ones! However, due to space and logistics, we are only able to include the children of close family and friends. Please refer to your invitation to see if your family has been included.

Question

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

We would love for our guests to join us in dressing up for the occasion! Cocktail attire (semi-formal) is requested. Feel free to express your style in any color you wish—except for those traditionally reserved for the bride, such as white, ivory, or cream.

Question

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

We won’t be offering an open bar, but a variety of drinks will be available for purchase throughout the evening. Please plan accordingly and enjoy responsibly. For your convenience, a shuttle will run between the venue and the hotels until just before midnight.

Question

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN’T MAKE IT?

Answer

We will truly miss celebrating with you! If you are unable to attend, please RSVP “no” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. Your thoughtfulness helps us immensely.

Question

CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

Answer

We kindly ask that our ceremony remain unplugged. Please turn off and put away all phones and cameras so everyone can be fully present for this special moment. Our officiant will let you know when it’s time to take photos, and we promise to share our professional ceremony photos afterward. Once the celebration begins, please capture and share all the joy! We’d love to see your photos and videos from the reception - don't forget to tag us.

Question

WHERE SHOULD I STAY FOR THE WEDDING WEEKEND?

Answer

We are so grateful to everyone traveling to celebrate with us! Please visit the “Hotels & Shuttles” tab on our website for details on local accommodations. Hotels with a room block are offering special discounted rates when you call or book online.

Question

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

Guest seating will begin at 4:00 PM, and we recommend arriving no later than 15 minutes prior to ensure a smooth start. Should you arrive after the ceremony begins, we kindly ask that you wait in the foyer area indoors to avoid interrupting the service.

Question

WHAT IF I DON’T RSVP?

Answer

To help us with final counts for our venue and vendors, please RSVP by the date listed on your formal invitation. If you experience any issues submitting your RSVP, don’t hesitate to reach out to the bride or groom. If we do not receive your response by the deadline, we’ll assume you are unable to attend — and we’ll truly miss celebrating with you!

Question

DO YOU HAVE A REGISTRY? CAN I BRING A GIFT?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift of all! For those who wish to give a little something more, we have created a registry and a cash fund for our future adventures together. Details and links can be found under the “Registry” tab, and a QR code will also be available near the card box at the reception.

Question

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

Answer

Yes, complimentary parking is available on-site. As parking is limited, we kindly encourage guests to carpool if possible. If you plan to leave your vehicle overnight and utilize the shuttles, please ensure it is picked up by Sunday at 10:00 A.M.

Question

WILL THE WEDDING BE OUTSIDE?

Answer

Yes — our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, followed by dinner and dancing indoors (with access to the lovely courtyard for mingling). Please dress comfortably for the weather while keeping the cocktail attire in mind.
