Flight
NY has 3 airports, for those coming in from out of state. The best option would be to fly into LaGuardia (LGA) which is ~8miles from venue/hotel. John F. Kennedy (JFK) is ~15 miles, and Newark (EWR) ~18miles. Either Airport has easy access to cabs + Uber/Lyfts
Train
NYC has a convenient MTA system that can take you pretty much anywhere you want to in the city. The lines in Williamsburg are L or G. The subways are super easy to navigate and cost $2.90 per ride. You can get an MTA card ($1.75) or use Apple pay through your phone
