Alison and Sam are celebrating their first year of marriage with an intimate dinner party for close friends and family. This special occasion will feature a relaxed and cozy atmosphere, with a cocktail hour offering delectable appetizers followed by a delightful sit-down dinner. There will also be an open bar, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to raise a toast to the happy couple. While there won't be a DJ or dancing, the evening will be filled with heartfelt conversations, laughter, and cherished memories as loved ones gather to celebrate this milestone.

Dressy Casual! A dressy casual dress code is a versatile balance between formal and casual. Examples: - Dress - Skirt and dressy top - Dressy pants outfit - Seasonal sport coat or blazer - Slacks or nice khakis - Dress shirt, casual button-down shirt, open-collar or polo shirt - Optional tie There will be lots of photo opportunities! Please dress your best.

Where should I park during the event?
Answer
There are many parking options in downtown Madison! The following are the closest to the venue: University Avenue Ramp (Lot 20) 1390 University Ave, Madison, WI 53706 This garage is 2 blocks away from the venue (about a 3-minute walk). Cost: $1.00 per hour. Sam and Alison will likely park here and have parked here without issue in the past. Parking Lot 13 1217 W Johnson St, Madison, WI 53715 This option is the closest to the venue, BUT spots may be reserved in this lot so be sure to pay attention to any signage. No cost.

Answer
We are lucky to have nearly everything we need to begin this new chapter together. However, if you do wish to celebrate our marriage with a gift, we've curated a list of charities and organizations we'd be honored if you'd donate to on our behalf. We’ve also registered online at Target for the items we’d find the most useful. Check out the Gifts tab on this site!
