Question

Is the cocktail hour in a different location than the reception?

Answer

While both spaces are under the same roof, they’re in different areas of the building. Please join us for cocktail hour in the Greater Cleveland Aquarium on the ground floor from 6:00–7:00 PM. Afterward, we’ll head upstairs to the City View Room at Windows on the River for the reception.

What do I do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There will be a gap between the ceremony and cocktail hour. We hope you will use this time to check into the hotel, stop home to recharge, or explore the city! We created a list of suggestions for those of you who are unfamiliar with the area! Please visit the 'Things to Do' tab to view the list.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the reception?

Answer

A shuttle will be available to transport guests between the Aloft Hotel and the reception throughout the evening. Service runs 5:30 PM – 11:30 PM, making continuous trips back and forth. The first shuttle departs the hotel at 5:30 PM. Please gather in the ground-level lobby to board.

Is there parking at the reception venue?

Answer

Complimentary parking has been arranged in the lot at the front of the reception venue. Please mention the Pokorny–Guhde wedding to the attendant upon arrival.

Answer
