Transportation to Contigo Ranch

For those of you staying in the town of Fredericksburg, we have arranged shuttle vans to take you to and from the wedding at Contigo Ranch. The vans will depart the following hotels promptly at 3:50 PM: Holiday Inn Express (500 S. Washington St) - Pickup will be at front entrance. Inn at Barons Creek (308 S. Washington St) - Pickup will be at front entrance. Hampton Inn (515 E. Main St) and Sunday House Inn (501 E. Main St) - Pickup between both hotels on San Antonio St. If you are staying at another location, you are welcome to take a van from any of the above hotels. Please note that hotels may not permit outside parking and street parking may be limited, so it may be best to either walk or take an Uber to a hotel to ride in one of the vans. Upon departing the hotels, the vans will take you immediately to the Bluff for the wedding ceremony which begins at 4:30pm. It is about a 30-minute drive from the town of Fredericksburg to Contigo Ranch. Vans will wait at the Bluff until the conclusion of the wedding ceremony and will take you down the hill to the Reception Hall. Vans will return and be available to load at 10:30pm to take you back to the hotels after the wedding ceremony ends. If you wish to drive your own vehicle to Contigo Ranch, please follow signs to the Bluff once you enter the property. We ask that you arrive no later than 4:30pm as the wedding will start promptly at that time. Please note that there is limited parking at the Bluff. At the conclusion of the wedding ceremony, you can drive down the hill and park outside the reception hall.
