Jamie and I were introduced through two of my best friends Alexis and Sam, and his cousin Tawnie. An old Iowa Hawkeye connection sparked the beginning of our love story. The three of them thought we would be a perfect match for each other...the cop and the nurse. They were right- we couldn't be more perfect for each other. We started talking shortly before Christmas of 2023 and talked non-stop throughout the holidays. We quickly developed a connection that felt like we had already known each other for years. Our first date was at Nisos Prime in West Loop. Jamie can still remember exactly what I was wearing, and our first interactions as he walked through the door to meet me at the restaurant. Needless to say, we hit it off and now here we are! We are so excited to start the next chapter of our lives together with our friends and family by our side in Cabo.
