Relationship to the Groom: Fall 98 Line Brothers and lifelong friends. Favorite Memory of the Groom: One of my favorite memories of the groom was after a long night of partying it up in DC we go grab burgers. I think I ordered the super burger with all the toppings and since I was driving I had to only smell the burger the whole ride home. JP was busy tearing into his on the ride home, so by the time we get to the house he has little to no burger left. We get home and I unwrap my burger and put it on the countertop. I get up for a moment to get something from the fridge and JP walks by my burger and decides to take a MASSIVE bit out of it. I was like BRO...WTH was that. He looks at me and Carl puzzled and realizes what he just did..LOL.

Relationship to the Bride: I am Bianca's favorite cousin (according to me). We are the perfect combination of cousins, sisters, and friends! Favorite Memory of the Bride: We have countless childhood memories at Grandma Lucille's house! We spent almost every day together from birth until it was time to go to college. Our moments together were, and still are priceless.

Relationship to the Groom: Nearly 25 years ago, on a very cold morning on the campus of Florida State University in Tallahassee FL, the paths of Joe and I as well as 13 others collided to form a powerful bond that has withstood time. We have literally watched each other grow and evolve from boys to men. We have been each other’s biggest supporters, cheering from the sidelines of life to holding each other accountable to become better change agents. I am blessed and fortunate to know, support, and stand beside my line brother who is at his finest hour. Favorite Memory of the Groom: The time Joe Paul came back from living in California and had a jerry curl. Looking like Darryl Jenks, the "Prince of Soul Glo", from Coming to America.“ Just let it shine through, yeah...” LOL

Relationship to the Bride: Sister I was in town visiting Bianca for a quick visit. I was excited to finally meet Joe Paul. Sadly, the 3 of our schedules conflicted so Bianca, Joe, and I were not able to spend time together. On my last day in town, Joe Paul said we must meet! Though Bianca had to work, Joe met me for lunch on my way to the airport. He sat down - introduced himself and said I am going to marry your sister! I was a bit shocked --- but turns out he was right! Congratulations, Joe and Bianca!

Relationship to the Bride: 25+ year friendship and counting, we met in Junior High School Favorite Memory of the Bride: I've known Bianca for 25+ years, so we have a lot of fond memories. There isn't a milestone that she hasn't been a part of. I will never forget her singing the Delta Sweetheart Song at my wedding. I am so looking forward to being by her side on her special day and sharing many more memorable moments with her!

Relationship to the Bride: Bianca and I went to college together. We were friendly, but I wouldn't say we were friends. Our bond developed after graduating when we both joined a running team (RIP "Wannabees & Former Track Stars!") around 2008. There's nothing like pounding the pavement for hours at a time to get to know somebody :) Favorite Memory of the Bride: Traveling with Bianca (well, besides the impromptu photoshoot every 30 mins, hehe) is a blast. We've done three countries together, but 'chippin down de road' at Trini Carnival may be one of my favorites and we didn't even play mas! We looked SOOOO good in our swimsuits that year... :) All jokes aside, B is truly a catalyst for joy; she has a way of making you feel seen and loved that I'll always cherish.

Relationship to the Bride: I met Bianca for the first time on the rooftop pool of her old apartment building on K street NW. I used to go there all the time because Khafi lived there too so one day she came up, the three of us started talking, and the rest is history! Favorite Memory of the Bride: Our trip to Jamaica carnival (so much fun!!), any time she has a FOMO attack or when she used to practice her court opening statements with me...I loved it!!

Relationship to the Bride: We used to live in the same building when I just moved to DC. We met at the pool, took an instant liking to each other, and our friendship blossomed from that. Favorite Memory of the Bride: Bianca's first Jamaica carnival girls trip. That weekend was hilarious.

Relationship to the Bride: Bianca and I met while singing in Duke University's gospel choir. After discovering that we grew up about 10 minutes away from each other, we became fast friends and then eventually Sorors. Favorite Memory of the Bride: I have so many fun memories with Bianca! My late 20s/early 30s would not have been the same without her, so I have to share 2 favorites! The first is when Bianca agreed to join a running team with me. We trained, ran, and partied together for about 5 years. We grew as women and as friends, and I will always cherish that experience. The second is when we went to a Halloween party dressed as Beyonce (Bianca), Left-Eye (Claudia), and India Arie (me). It was a wonderful time filled with laughs!
