Where is the Wedding Ceremony being held?

Van Dusen Botanical Gardens is located at 5251 Oak St, Vancouver, BC V6M 4H1. The Ceremony will be held in the gardens at Heron Lake under the willow tree. It is a 5-minute walk from the Visitor Centre. Please arrive at the main entrance of the Visitor Centre no later than 4:45 pm. For any guests with mobility issues, we recommend being dropped off at the Gate 6 entrance (33rd Avenue & Osler Street) and escorted to the garden.

Where is the parking?

Answer

There is free parking in the main lot off West 37th Avenue & Oak Street. All parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Should the parking lot be full, there is also free street parking in the surrounding neighbourhood.

What shall I wear?

Answer

The descriptor is "fantasy," which means wear whatever you like. It can be black-tie, it can be casual, it can be creative, it can be your wildest fantasy of what you've always wanted to wear! You can even sport antlers if you wish. We just want our guests to be happy with us and have fun.
