Please fly into José Maria Córdova International Airport (MDE), the main airport serving Medellín.
The airport is about 45 minutes to an hour from Medellín. Guests can easily take an Uber, airport taxi, or arrange transportation through the hotel. If you'd like help coordinating transportation, feel free to send us your flight number and arrival time. We'll do our best to help guide you with options or assist where we can.
We recommend arriving by Thursday, September 17, 2026, especially for guests attending wedding weekend events. This also allows extra time in case of flight delays and gives everyone time to settle in and enjoy Medellín. However, we completely understand that everyone has different schedules. If arriving Friday works better for you, thats absolutely fine as well. Please plan your travel in whatever way works best for you.
We will have a recommended hotel and room block for guest. Details and booking codes will be provided under travel.
Of course! Guests are welcome to book any hotel or Airbnb they prefer.
Please RSVP by June 1st, 2026. Due to venue and seating arrangements, we will only be able to accommodate guests who RSVP by this date.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests. Only those names that appear on the invitation are invited to attend.

Colombian peso (COP). When you arrive at José Maria Córdova International airport, there are currency exchange counters where you can convert U.S dollars to Colombian pesos if needed. ATMs are also available throughout the airport if you prefer to withdraw pesos directly. Most hotels, restaurants, and stores in Medellín also accept credit cards, so you may not need to carry a lot of cash.
Yes - Medellín is a vibrant city and very popular with travelers. Like any city, we recommend staying aware of your surroundings. A few helpful tips for traveling around the city: - Avoid wearing flashy or expensive jewelry. - Keep phones, wallets, and valuables secure. - Use trusted transportation such as Ubers or recommended taxis Most importantly, enjoy the city! Medellín is known for its incredible food, culture, and hospitality, and we're so excited for you to experience it with us.
Medellín is known as the "City of Eternal Spring." temperatures are typically 65 - 80 F year round. However, evenings can sometimes get a bit chilly. We recommend bringing a light shawl, wrap or stylish sweater to pair with your outfit the day of the wedding. Just in case you want an extra layer.
