Sometimes you meet a person and you just click. You’re comfortable with them, like you’ve known them your whole life... For Taylor and I, this is nothing but true. We clicked instantly. The funny thing was that our love actually was a click (or swipe) away. Maybe it wouldn’t work out, but seeing if it would was the best adventure ever. Now we invite you to our newest adventure, this time it’s one that will last forever❤️
The decision of proposing to Paulina was by far the easiest of my life. The process wasn’t quite as simple, but it ended up a labor of love. It started by asking her mother for her hand in marriage, followed by each of her major family members. I found the ring that I knew she would like relatively early on, but the tough task was how to exactly propose to her. It's a tough task. How do you plan the perfect proposal for the perfect woman? So, with the help of a multitude of her family members, I came up with the idea of a box of all of the things that we share as a couple. Ultimately, we shared 5 common things with each other: faith, family, laughter, learning and passion. Each had a different item representing it. It all came together on one windy day, where I blindfolded her out to a beautiful hacienda, and had each of her family members present a different item to go in the box, with a surprise visit from her cousin at the end. I proposed to the love of my life, in the mid-afternoon, encircled by rose petals, with her and my family all watching it unfold, and she said yes! I cant imagine a more perfect day, in a perfect place, and starting a journey to a our perfect happy ending.
