Formal Beach Wedding Attire

We’re so excited to celebrate with you by the sea! Our ceremony and reception will be outdoors, so we kindly ask guests to dress in formal beach attire—elegant yet comfortable for a coastal setting. Women: We recommend flowy or cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits in breathable fabrics like chiffon, silk, or linen. Block heels or wedges are encouraged. We kindly ask to avoid white or cream tones, as we’d love to reserve those for the bride. Elegant sun hats are welcome for a touch of shade and style! Men: Lightweight suits or dress slacks with a button-down shirt are perfect. While the beach may be warm, we highly encourage jackets for the ceremony to keep with the formal tone. Linen or cotton fabrics in light colors work beautifully. Dress shoes, or loafers shoes are ideal. Please avoid white or cream so the couple can truly stand out. Most importantly, we want you to feel your best while enjoying the sun, sea, and celebration with us.
