CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Our wish is to keep our very special weekend as intimate as possible, we are choosing to celebrate with only our closest family and friends. (Unless otherwise indicated) Thank you for respecting our wishes.

Answer

Although we adore your children, we ask that only adults attend our wedding.

HOW WILL I GET TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

You should plan on arriving to the ceremony on your own.

ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION AT THE SAME LOCATION?

Answer

No, the ceremony and reception are not located within the same venue. The ceremony and reception are located at two separate locations. There will be a shuttle provided that will transport guests to and from the Courtyard Marriot hotel - don't worry this ride is short!

WHAT DO I DO IN BETWEEN THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?

Answer

After the ceremony, guests will have approximately one hour prior to the start of the reception to check-in or go back to their hotels. If guests are not checking into hotels, we recommend checking out Historic Downtown Frederick. If you would like shuttle service to our reception, please be sure to meet at the Courtyard Marriott by 4:10 pm for the shuttle.

HOW WILL I GET TO THE RECEPTION VENUE?

Answer

There will be a shuttle service departing from Courtyard Marriott at 4:10 pm to transport guests to and from the reception venue. Frederick does have Uber/Taxi options but we would recommend planning these in advance as these options can be limited depending on the time of the day.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE RECEPTION VENUE?

Answer

If you wish to drive yourself to the reception venue, there is parking available.
