Ceremony

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM and will last about 30 minutes. We kindly ask that you start arriving at the venue at 2:00 PM, and no later than 2:45 PM, as late arrivals will be asked to join us after the ceremony concludes, thank you for helping us create a meaningful and uninterrupted moment!
Wedding

Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
Doors will open at 2:00 PM, and we kindly ask that all guests arrive by 2:30 PM at the latest. We don’t want anyone to miss our ceremony and the moment we exchange our vows—it means so much to us to have you there. Parking is complimentary at Los Willows in a designated guest lot. Attendants will direct you upon arrival, and a shuttle will take you up to the ceremony and reception grounds. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a complimentary glass of champagne before heading up to the ceremony. While we love your little ones, we kindly request an adults-only celebration
Cocktail Hour
3:30 pm - 4:30 pm

There will be hors d'oeuvres and drinks to enjoy after the ceremony. If you are feeling adventurous, you are welcome to take a boat ride around the lake, it's the perfect way to soak in the scenery and celebrate!
Reception
4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

A plated dinner will be served, along with desserts and an open bar. We invite you to enjoy the music, mingle, and dance the night away with us! During the reception, we would love for everyone to enjoy our heart shaped funfetti wedding cake and the variety of desserts we’ve selected to share with you. We will also have a photo booth to capture fun memories together—we can’t wait to see the moments you create.
