Travel Note
We want to make sure that all of our guests have lodging of their choosing and because of this we encourage everyone to look at their options early. Many of the Airbnbs and VRBOs can be booked in advance and have a later cancellation date. If this is the case, we recommend booking as lodging becomes difficult to secure during the summer months. For our guests who wish to fly, the closest airport is Gerald R. Ford International Airport located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. It is just under an hour drive from Saugatuck, Michigan.
Shuttle
June 20, 2026 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
A shuttle will run from three pickup locations and will drop guests off at the venue. The shuttle is scheduled to be at the below locations starting at 3:00 P.M with an estimated wait time of 10 minutes at each location. Stop 1: The Best Western - 3457 Blue Star Hwy Stop 2: Wicks Park - 502 Water Street Stop 3: Saugatuck Harbor Inn - 787 Lake Street Note: The shuttle will make a second loop to get the remaining guests with an estimated pick-up time of 3:45 P.M. At 11:30 P.M, the shuttle will drop off guests at the same locations listed above. There are also earlier scheduled departures at 10:00 and 11:00 P.M. If anyone needs to leave early, a driver will be present and can drop you off on an as-needed basis.
