Thank God for Facebook dating and Tim’s persistence! I swiped right on him after going through his profile. I thought he was good looking and was looking for the same thing as me. We met for coffee in Starbucks (in family fare lol… Tim’s choice) we talked all day, everyday.

So this day has always been so special to me, as it was my late grandmother’s birthday. From the time Tim and I met we would talk about what we thought would be the perfect wedding. I said I want to get married on my Ganny’s birthday. Tim listened and knew how important that day was to me. As I was planning a family gathering to celebrate my late grandmother’s birthday Tim was planning the perfect proposal. He had included my mom and his sister in law. He knew that I wanted my kids involved, he knew to make sure my nails were done and last but not least to have it recorded. Tim had the boys distract me, so he could set up. When it was time Jaylen, Joshua and Sebastian walked me outside and our family was lined up, our song (Thank God) was playing as a was walking towards Tim. Jaylen ran to give him the ring and ran back to walk me the rest of the way. His sister in law was recording, it was perfect. Tim got down on one knee and asked me to spend the rest of forever with him. I said YES!!!
