This is the closest hotel to the venue in the heart of Uptown Oakland. The area has a lot of nightlife and excellent restaurants and is close to the Fox Theater / Paramount Theater. There is valet parking available. The hotel has a rooftop bar and restaurant on site for breakfast. 3 minute car ride or 12 minute walk to the venue.

This hotel is located at the Berkeley Marina with waterfront views. On-site parking is available for $40 a day, Valet is $42. Breakfast is available for a small fee. 2 miles to the North Berkeley BART station so I would recommend this hotel if you have a car or plan to Uber / Lyft. 17 minute car ride from the venue.

SF International Airport (SFO)

SFO has a BART train that goes directly from the airport into Oakland / Berkeley and has the most flight options. This would be best for guests comfortable with public transportation or staying in SF.

Oakland International Airport (OAK)

OAK is the closest airport to the venue and has a slightly less convenient Bart station that takes you into the rest of Oakland. This airport does have less daily flight options but is conveniently located.

There is a BART station (19th Street) that is a 13 minute walk or 4 minute uber ride to the venue.

AirBNB and VRBOs

There are a lot of AirBNB's and VRBOs in Berkeley, Oakland and SF. If you are staying in Oakland, I would recommend the Rockridge, Shafter, Piedmont, Adam's Point, Diamond and Oakland Hills neighborhoods.
