Best Man
Ben has been my best brother for the past 26 years. It is only fitting that he is my Best Ben. Ben was born on February 25, 1993 and has been my brother since that day. I imagine it was challenging for him. He liked to push my buttons and I would retaliate and vice-versa. (I feel like I was more frequently the instigator and/or physical one). As we’ve grown up, I feel our relationship has gotten much stronger even though I am piss-poor at using a cell phone for communication (he is too) and Ben has lived outside of the United States for the majority of the past 5 years. We may only speak to each other once a month or even less than that, but there’s no one else I’d have stand next to me. I love you Ben and I am extremely proud to call you my Best Ben.
Maid of Honor
I’m so happy to have my baby sister as my maid of honor! Britt is 3 1/2 years younger than me . Although the early years were rough, ( having a little sister that chops off all your hair is no bueno!), we definitely get along better now. Honestly, she’s my best friend and it means a lot to me that even though she’s busy finishing up school, teaching dance, working and performing she still made the time to make all of this special for me. Britt and Paul’s relationship makes me laugh! They really enjoy giving each other a hard time. However, they seem to team up whenever it’s at my expense. Britt, Paul and I love you and are very happy to have you be such a big part in our big day.
Groomsman
My cousin John has been my cousin since 1998. I’ve always been very close with him but we really bonded when he was staying in Minneapolis. He was hooked up to all sorts of machines and I had to help him stay awake all night. What better to do than to introduce a 10/11 year old to UFC fighting? I’m sure his parents were thrilled. Another time, Johnny, Ben and I were at his house having a paintball war. Somehow we convinced John to play “deer hunter.” This involved Johnny running unarmed back and forth between two trees with no cover while we unloaded at him. Johnny was the only one who took a turn as the deer. Though we’re far apart now, it doesn’t stop us from talking football, workouts, and rippin’ lips every summer. I love you man and I’m stoked to have you in my wedding.

Oh, where do I even begin? I’ve been friends with Alyssa since second grade. I’m pretty sure she beaned me with a door...thats one of the first things I remember. I do know after second grade we weren’t allowed to be in class together any more because we kept getting sent to her dad’s office (he was the principal). High school was fun though. We participated in volleyball, cheer, and soccer together. I will have to keep the mic away from her because this girl has some stories! My whole family loves her like family. Alyssa left me here in Utah to go save lives in Vegas. I guess that’s a good reason, but I am so happy she can come back to be part of this. Keeping friends this long isn’t easy, but it’s crazy that I can get together with her and it’s like no time has passed in between.

Zak and I went to middle and high school together, but I don’t think we really got to be good friends until I was in college at La Crosse. He came to visit in 2012 during Oktoberfest during what my mom likes to call my “wild party years” and we may have gotten him in trouble. We’ve played tons of video games, tons of frisbee golf, and have recently made floating a river an annual tradition. We’ve done many fantasy football leagues together and I’m fairly convinced he’s been stacking the league against me so I can’t win. (It’s definitely not that I’m trash at fantasy football). We get along super great unless I’m pushing his buttons (frequent). Then I think he dies a little inside. I love you man, Thanks for being in my wedding.
Bridesmaid
What can be said about Marisa? If you don’t know her, you’re missing out. Everyone NEEDS a Marisa! I haven’t known her as long as the other girls, but you’d never know. She can make anyone feel like you’ve known her since forever. I swear, sometimes she can read my mind. It has proven to be very, very useful, especially while wedding planning. Marisa is working on her real estate license, but she’s also a master esthetician who taught me everything I know about lashes. So, not only has she influenced my personal life, but my business life too! She’s an incredibly strong woman who is always smiling and making trivial experiences (like grocery shopping) so much more fun that it should be. She’s just always there, no matter what I need. Love her!

Jory has been a friend of mine for the past 13 years. I met him at Hultman’s house while playing poker or in one of our sports tournaments. He would always clean house and take everyone’s money. I think Tory’s strategy was to just wait out my attention span (not always difficult). We also had our share of memories when Mory transferred to La Crosse. I don’t know how he did it, but he had some serious bar magnet skills. Somehow he would ALWAYS find me towards the end of the night, even when I didn’t know where I was. We haven’t tested those skills in a few years, but I’m confident if we were in La Crosse, Dory would be just as skilled as he was. Now we stay connected through fantasy games, group chats, and helping Terry lose green points on PlayStation (Sorry Kels)! Love you Man!
Bridesmaid
I’ve known Mandee since 9th grade. She is one of the strongest and funniest people I have ever met. I normally hurt from laughing whenever I spend time with this girl. Mandee is also in the beauty industry. She is a nail tech, one of the best! She is also an amazing mom, woman, and friend. She has been so helpful with all of the wedding stuff in any way she can . She scolded me for planning my own bachelorette party, and took over! That still makes me laugh! I appreciate most that anytime I need to call and talk things out, she’s there. She’ll also tell me when I’m wrong, Paul is right, and that I need to calm down! Love her! Thanks for always listening Mandee!

I’ve been friends with Darren forever. When we first met, it was on a youth soccer team, Grade 2. We got to be really close friends when we were in high school while we were both hosts at Red Robin. We went to separate colleges but would visit multiple times a year. One of my crazy memories is when we went to the GooGoo Dolls concert at Summerfest. It was a blast, but we made the mistake of going to the bars after the concert. Long story short, I was kicked out of the bar and also got Darren kicked out of the bar, twice. Ask him about it, I think he’s still a little salty. Darren is responsible for getting me interested in car racing and Big Brother. We had a crazy amount of fun mainly watching cars go fast and turn left. Can’t wait to have you in the wedding. I love you man!
Bridesmaid
I have also known Esther (Easter) since 2nd grade. Honestly, I can’t believe this girl isn’t sick of me yet. I make her do so much with me and she’s always down. She’d do anything for anyone because she has such a big heart. You’ll definitely be able to find her out on the dance floor. And, I wouldn’t be surprised if her 3 beautiful daughters were out there with her. My favorite memory with Esther was when we decided to perform in a youth singing competition for our church. The girl can sing! If i had to pick any one to drive across the country with it would be this girl. She is always always prepared, and she has a killer playlist for car karaoke! We will be singing at the top of our lungs, so join in at your own risk!

Ben and I are the most recent friends of the bunch. We were friends in high school and were on the same track team, but Ben was fastest kid in the school and played football and I could run far and played soccer so we didn't have a ton in common. We weren't as close through college but always seemed to link up at Darren's house for a bonfire or in various fantasy leagues. Ben is extremely well versed in all of the Wisconsin sports teams and is very fun to talk to about different teams or players. Ask him about Davante Adams or Taylor Gabriel... Ben was the commissioner of a tricky fantasy league recently and was extremely tolerant when I felt it was necessary to question any and every decision that was made even though it had been voted on... I love you man, thanks for being a part of my wedding.

Lexie is another friend I’ve managed to have forever! I don’t know if many people know this, but Lex talks in her sleep, and its hilarious! Lexi’s mom and my mom are BFFs, so as kids we spent a lot of time together. So, even though as adults we both got busy, she’s the sweetest and was still happy to drop everything and be one of my bridesmaids. Lex is a super sweet girl and an amazing mom, as well. She works up at the school where her husband and my mom work. Her hidden talents will come in super handy for all the decorations, because this girl is crafty! Lex, I am so excited to have you join this crazy line of girls! Oh, I almost forgot, I’m just keeping it all in the family. Lexie is also Alyssa’s sister-in-law, and her little boy is helping too! Keep scrolling to meet Elliot!
Ring Bearer
Elliot is my beautiful bridesmaid, Lexie’s little boy. He is 3 and if he isn’t just the cutest! He is going to do a great job as our ring bearer! I haven’t been able to spend a ton of time with Elliot, but in one of our brief encounters I heard him use the word excavator and I had to google what that was, so...the kid is a genius!
Flower Girl
In case you can’t see the strong resemblance, these two cuties are the lovely Mandee’s daughters. Gabriella is 5 and Mariana is 2. Do my friends make cute kids, or what?!! We’re so excited to have these girls as our flower girls. Gabriella is a pro and Mariana is a wild one, but I can’t wait to have these two showering the isle with flower petals!
