Where do we park?

Answer

We are pleased to offer complimentary valet parking for our guests. Valet service will be available on San Jacinto Boulevard in front of the Alumni Center, where attendants will greet you upon arrival. For those who prefer to self-park, several garages on the UT campus offer public parking; however, availability may be limited depending on other events taking place. If you have any dietary restrictions or preferences, such as vegetarian, vegan, or food allergies, please let Paul or Sherry know. We will be happy to coordinate with our caterer to ensure your needs are thoughtfully accommodated.

Do you have a block of hotel rooms at a specific hotel?

We do not have a reserved room block, as we understand that everyone’s preferences may vary. Please visit the Travel section of our website, where we have listed several wonderful hotel options conveniently located near the venue.
