Please RSVP here by August 14th, 2024.
The easiest ways to get to and from our venue are by car or subway. If traveling by car, we recommend using a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft. If traveling by train, our venue is a 5 minute walk from the Astoria–Ditmars Boulevard station, serviced by the N or W train. Please keep in mind that New York is a large city, and is prone to traffic. We recommend leaving an additional 10 minutes early to ensure an on-time arrival to the celebration.
There is street parking available near the venue, but we cannot guarantee availability.
Please aim to arrive to the venue at 1:45pm. The ceremony will start at 2:00pm, no exceptions. Any late arrivals will not be allowed into the space until the ceremony is over at 2:30pm.
Our ceremony will take place indoors. Our reception will be an indoor-outdoor event, with seating in both areas (weather permitting).
The dress code for the event is Summer Cocktail Attire. Think cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or jackets and slacks. We encourage guests to dress within the color scheme, if so desired! Our colors are peach, light pink, and other pastels/summertime hues. Please refrain from wearing white or cream.
The weather around this time of year is generally warm and dry, with highs in the upper-70s and lows in the 60s. In case of rain, our outdoor areas will be fitted with a tent.
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.
In order to accommodate all guests, we have opted to host a partially-standing ceremony. Guests who need it are welcome to sit in the front rows near the stage. Other guests will be standing for the duration of the ceremony. The ceremony is only expected to be about 15 minutes long, and the party will commence in the same space directly afterwards. If you (or your date) know you need seating, please reach out directly as soon as possible so we can accommodate.
Yes, our venue is wheelchair accessible. There is an ADA compliant elevator. We want to make sure our guests are as comfortable as possible. If you are concerned about any other accessibility features, please reach out to us directly so we can make arrangements.
Yes! We will be serving light bites throughout the event. Halfway through, we will be bringing in food from some of our favorite casual spots in the city. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know and we can be sure accommodations are made.
We are so thankful you will be joining us to celebrate! While gifts are not expected, we have registered for a few items we would love for our newlywed home. A link to our wedding registry can be found in the 'Registry' section of this website.
Yes! We recommend visiting the ‘Things to Do’ page of our wedding website, where we’ve compiled all of our favorite local spots and fun things to do in the area, including restaurants, bars, and museums to visit before or after the wedding.
If you have further questions, please reach out to Shea via phone or email. If you still have questions after that, try Paul. He's a bit of a bad texter though...
