Do you have a hashtag?

Are Children Allowed?

Unfortunately no. This will be an 18+ event.

Are Dogs Allowed At Mount Snow?

Answer

Unfortunately this is a dog free ski resort. Believe us were just as disappointed by this as you are.

Will I be riding a chair lift?

Answer

Yes! You will be taking a chairlift to the peak for the Ceremony! The chairlift can stop if needed to get on/off. It will be going slower for boarding and deloading in lieu of high heels, first timers, & physical limitations. The chairlift can seat up to 4 guests. To download back the base, you will be required to sit every other to every two chairs due to weight physics.

How long will it take to get to the top?

Answer

Approx 5minutes. Depending on how much it stops for guests.

What time is the Ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will start PROMPTLY at 3:30p. Please be at the chairlift line by 3:00pm to ensure everyone reaches the peak and has time to find a seat!

Do you have a rain back up location?

Answer

YES! we will be holding the ceremony at the Carinthia Base Lodge (where the reception will be). Start time for the Ceremony if it rains will be 4:30pm. Shuttles will be arranged.

How do we get to Carinthia for Reception? and back to the hotel?

Answer

Shuttles will be taking guests from the Mount Snow Grand Summit Hotel to Carinthia and visa versa. Shuttles will start at 4:30pm. The last shuttle will be leaving 5:15pm to get to Carinthia. Last shuttle will be 11:30p to get back to the Grand Summit Hotel.

PLEASE turn your phones to Silent! We request NO technology during the ceremony that can cause any sort of distraction.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Please dress as you would for any wedding, although this is an outdoor ceremony, we would still like to keep it formal.

Do I wear Heels?

Answer

OF COURSE! The only area there will be grass is the lift line area and the peak ceremony area. Feel free to buy "Heel Stoppers" that will cover the heel of your shoe to prevent it from sinking.

I have food restrictions, what can i eat?

Answer

Mount Snow has a fabulous Head Chef who is willing to accommodate any and all food/dietary restrictions!
