The Pauls met through coincidence... in 2016 Paul, a 19-year-old Cal Poly Pomona Sophomore, had just pledged to join Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity & Paulina, also a 19-year-old Sophomore, needed a date to the Sigma Kappa Sorority Crush Party Semi-Formal... Not knowing each other one bit, a mutual friend phoned Paul one evening & asked Paul if he would join Paulina to the event. This is where the #PaulThePledge slogan formed. Paul & Paulina ultimately agreed to go together and the rest is history (and a bit blurry). Seven years later, Paul and Paulina are finally getting their story-tale wedding and living #haPollyeverafter
