Welcome BBQ
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
Join us for a BBQ dinner and meet all of our friends and family. Come out anytime after 4pm to get yourself settled before the festivities begin. Due to the liquor laws, no outside drinks will be allowed inside the BBQ area during dinner. There will be a cash bar set up while we're eating, but please BYOB for before and after. There is no ATM on site.

Rise & Shine
9:30 am - 11:30 am
We're starting the day off with mimosas and a charcuterie style breakfast in the bbq area. We will be serving up: Fresh fruit Fresh vegetables Assorted cheese and meats Quiche Croissants and muffins Coffee, tea, juice and mimosas
Ceremony
2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Dressy-Casual: Anything goes, from slacks and sundresses to suits and cocktail dresses.
The ceremony will be taking place beside the pond on your left as you enter the ranch. Umbrellas will be provided for sun or rain but please come prepared for all weather. The ceremony will be held on the lawn so choose your footwear accordingly. We will be asking everyone to put away their phones and cameras during the ceremony. We promise to share the pictures from our photographer if people so wish.
Lawn Games and Caesar Bar
3:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Feel free to relax before the reception or join in on lawn games. Bartenders will be slinging caesars, beers, and ciders out of the booze shack beside the BBQ area. It will be a cash bar but feel free to drink your own drinks outside of the BBQ area.
Reception

The reception will be held in the covered and heated outdoor BBQ area but please come prepared for the cooler evening mountain air. Don't forget to bring cash for the bar.
