I've known Emma since elementary school, which means she’s seen just about every phase of my life. We spent pretty much our whole tween/teen years inseparable. I will always cherish our time living together. The Summer before she moved to Florida, and after high school, when she moved back to Kansas City. Emma is one of the most giving people that I know; she is my ride or die, my family. So, naturally, she’s showing up again — this time as my maid of honor.

My brother, Gabe, has adventures like I have slices of pizza, way more than you'd think is possible. We grew up playing with legos and hot wheels together, letting our imaginations intertwine into a collaborative action adventure. Those are some of my favorite times to look back on. I like to think I was able to teach him some helpful things as an older brother, but truth be told, I'm amazed and bewildered by the spirited person he's become, and I hope I can one day I can reach his level of freedom and spontaneity in this world.

Allison has been in my life for as long as I can remember. Our parents got together when we were toddlers, so she’s always been my sister. She’s one of the most hardworking and driven people I know, and I’ve always admired her humor, beauty, and determination. It wouldn’t feel right not having her by my side on such an important day...Love you sis!!

You'll never meet another Ben Boyle. If I were to discover that magic is real, then I'd finally have a satisfying explanation for Ben's existence. He's charming, clever, quick on his feet, and strong in his will and devotions. When I need someone who will give 110% effort, I call Ben, and somehow he pulls off 150% with a genuine smile and a joke. A living legend, and an old friend, I'm honored to have become one of his closest companions.

Lauren and I are kindred spirits- we have known each other since elementary school. I admire her creativity, her humor, and her kind soul- and no one can make me laugh quite like Lauren can. She is my partner in crime for all things dress up whether it be Comic-Con, The Renaissance Festival, or just a random weekday. I am so grateful to have her here on this special day.

Dan and I met in school and bonded over a shared love of video games, and he's been a close friend ever since. I know if I ever need a favor, to talk, or to just nerd out about my latest obsession, I can turn to Dan. He's been there for me more times than I can count and I never throw a party without him. Anytime our friend group hangs out, we call it "Dan Day," yes really, because he's truly that central to everyone having a great time.
