What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?
Answer
We'll be providing chartered buses to/from the Welcome Reception (Friday 7-9pm and the Wedding (Saturday 6-11pm). Please see below for the transportation schedule. Please meet at either hotel option listed based on what is most convenient for you. Hotel pick-up locations Archer Hotel Napa (1230 1st St, Napa, CA) Hampton Inn and Suites (945 Hartle Ct, Napa, CA) Friday, May 3rd 6:15pm: Buses depart from Hampton Inn and Suites to Brix Restaurant 6:30pm: Buses depart from the Archer Hotel to Brix Restaurant 9:00pm: Buses return to Arhcer Hotel and Hampton Inn from Brix Restaurant Saturday, May 4th 5:15pm: Buses depart from Hampton Inn and Suites to V. Sattui 5:30pm: Buses depart from The Archer hotel to V. Sattui 11:00pm: Buses return to both Archer Hotel and Hampton Inn from V. Sattui

Will there be parking available at the wedding venue?
Answer
We highly recommend that guests take the chartered buses to/from the venue but if you do need to drive separately, V Sattui has free parking available.
Question
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside so please dress accordingly. We will move indoors for dinner and dancing during the reception.

Will there be an after-party?
Answer
The wedding reception will conclude around 11pm when buses will take guests back to either hotel location: the Archer hotel or Hampton Inn and Suites. We'll be hanging out at Jax Mule, a bar downtown Napa (within walking distance from the Archer), to keep the party going for all who want to join! We'll have light apps pre-ordered and waiting for our arrival. Anyone interested in joining us should get off the bus at the Archer Hotel (first stop).

Semi-Formal: Cocktail-length dresses or dressy pant suits for women and a suit and tie for men
