Is there parking at the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel

Answer

Valet parking at the hotel is $80 per night. We encourage you to look into parking apps such as SpotHero or ParqEx to park nearby at discounted rates as well.

Are there any wedding activities on Friday night?

Join us at Staytion Bar, located in the lobby of the Renaissance Chicago Downtown hotel for a night for reuniting with family and friends to kick off the wedding weekend!

Yes, there is free parking at the church.

What should I do in between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We encourage those who can, to check out a nearby neighborhood in between the ceremony and reception. We provide several suggestions on the "Things To Do" Page.

Is there a shuttle between the wedding hotel and reception?

Answer

Limited shuttle service will be provided to and from the Chicago Renaissance Hotel and reception. Look for the brightly painted Reggie's Bus, can't miss it! The first shuttle will leave the Renaissance Hotel at 5:15 pm and do loops until 6:15 pm. If the bus is full, please utilize Uber and Lyft for transport to the reception! Shuttle service will resume at 10:30 pm from the reception back to the Renaissance in loops until the end of the night.

Is there parking at the reception?

Answer

If you prefer to drive, there is free street parking on 21st St or Morgan St, paid metered parking on Canalport Ave, or a gated parking lot at the venue off 21st Street. Payment for the lot is due upon exiting using the ticket pulled when entering ($3/hour or $12/day).

Are there any wedding activities on Sunday?

Happy Mother's Day! We recommend enjoying a nice brunch around the city and continuing to enjoy Chicago! We will be around the hotel in the morning, so if you see us, come say goodbye and good luck on our honeymoon!
