Both were hesitant to go, unsure of what to expect after months of isolation, but equally curious and ready for a change of scenery. It wasn’t long before they met again among friends, testing their intellectual compatibility through intense Scrabble matches, and eventually sharing a Valentine’s Day date. Paul welcomed Keisha’s daughter, Amelia, with a natural kindness and steadiness that made it clear he was ready not just for a relationship, but for a family. Since then, Paul and Keisha have been inseparable—moving into their first place together in 2022, adopting their dog Vada in 2023, traveling all over California, Arizona, Las Vegas, Kauai & the Big Island, and Costa Rica, and most importantly, loving one another unconditionally through whatever life brings their way.
