Question
What is the timeline of events for the big day?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm followed by a cocktail hour with refreshments then dinner. After dinner, we plan to dance the night away until the dance floor closes ~10pm. The night is not over though, because afterwards we plan to head over to the Pub to continue celebrating! (The Pub is an onsite bar just a few hundred feet away from our reception hall - couldn't be more convenient!).

Is the ceremony indoor or outdoor?
Answer
We are planning to have an outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor, and dinner/reception will be indoor. Should the weather not cooperate that day, then everything will be moved indoors.

What is the dress code for this event?
Answer
Our dress code is semi-formal to cocktail. Our only ask is no jeans, polos, or white dresses, please!

Are children invited to the wedding?
Answer
We are hosting a kid-free wedding, so please plan leave your kids with a trusted guardian and come enjoy what is sure to be a fun evening!

When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
RSVP deadline for wedding attendance is April 17, 2025. We are asking that hotel bookings be made prior to April 10, 2025. If you do not RSVP before the deadline, we will assume you cannot attend and may not be able to accommodate headcount changes after April 17th due to catering and venue deadlines.

How should we address the couple after the ceremony?
Answer
The happy couple, of course! But for now, we will be keeping our respective names of Katie Hosler and Paul Camper.

Should I keep the Save the Date?
Answer
Yes! We are planning to have a photo booth, so please keep your Save the Date so you can reuse the magnetic sleeve for your own photo strip from the reception! We'll only take up real estate on your fridge until then.

What is the best hotel to stay at?
Answer
Great news - our venue has a hotel onsite! However, our hotel only has availability for Saturday night. We have a room block ready for our guests, so please refer to the Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center website (or call at 614-880-4300) to make your reservation now. If reserving online, the group code for our wedding block is #364773. If you need a hotel room for Friday night, there are many other options in the Polaris/Lewis Center area. Please check the Travel tab for more information if needed. We don't want any of our guests drinking and driving, so please make a reservation or make other plans if you intend on indulging in our open bar (which we encourage!)

My invitation didn't include a plus-one; am I allowed to bring one?
Answer
Due to venue capacity limits, we are not able to grant a plus-one to everyone. Please abide by the information included with your RSVP.
Question
I'm coming into town early - any suggestions on what to do in the area?
Answer
Our venue is right by Polaris shopping center, so there is a ton to do in that area! Bars, restaurants, Top Golf, shopping malls, and more is all available nearby. Additionally, our hotel is ~5 minute walk from Olentangy River Brewing Company. Be sure to check it out if you have the time!
