Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

For our sanity, and to save on postage please RSVP directly from the website.
Question
Do you have room blocks at a designated hotel?
Answer
No. To provide the most flexibility to our guests we have not provided a specific hotel for the wedding guests. We recommend looking at recommendations on the "travel section" of our website. Looking at Airbnb’s with other family or friends attending the wedding is also a great option!

What are the travel dates?

We recommend, at the least, you plan to arrive September 4th, 2026 and leave in the afternoon on Monday September 7th. We encourage you to extend your stay and make the most of the trip!

Will I need a passport?
Answer
Yes. U.S. Passports take approximately 8 weeks to be completed and we recommend submitting your renewal or application early!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Answer
Plus ones will be provided on a pre-determined basis as indicated in your wedding invitation. If you feel you have been missed for a plus one please contact us directly.

Is the event kid-friendly?

We love the little people in our lives. Due to venue restrictions we are unable to accommodate guests under the age of sixteen unless they are in the wedding party.

What will the weather be like?

Average temperatures during the day in Riveria Maya is 82 degrees with evening lows in the mid-70s.

Will the ceremony and reception be outdoors?
Answer
Yes. We highly recommend dressing appropriately for the afternoon tropical sun including fans and plenty of sunscreen. The reception will be located in an open-air cabana with shade.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes, and you can leave your cars overnight, however it is not recommended because there is no security onsite to monitor your vehicle.

We understand that safety is a top concern, and we want to assure you that Playa del Carmen is a safe and beautiful destination. We would never invite our loved ones to a place we didn’t feel completely comfortable with. The area is known for its welcoming atmosphere, stunning beaches, and vibrant culture. We can’t wait to share this special experience with you all in such a wonderful setting!
