Best Man
Known to many as Tex, Ryan just recently graduated from college and lives in Houston. He is as personable as they come - feel free to introduce yourself. If you do catch him, ask him about racing and go-carts (although beware you may be stuck there for a while).
Maid of Honor
Growing up just 5 minutes away from Kathryn, Mackenzie is the type of cousin that grants sister-status. Mackenzie is a kick-ass special needs teacher and also a mama to the worlds cutest little man, Ryder. If you want to hear a funny story, ask Mackenzie about the time she and Kathryn went to sewing camp (Yes, that is a real thing).
Best Man
Paul's youngest brother, Jack is always the life of the party. He is a journalism student at University of Southern California. Be careful what you tell him, or you may be his next headline. If you see him heading to the dance floor, follow along and you're guaranteed a good time.
Bridesman
Kathryn's brother Ryan is a software engineer in Austin, Tx and an avid video game player. Ryan may be the most curious person you ever meet, and you are guaranteed to learn something new if you talk to him. If science facts aren't your jam, he has plenty of stories about Kathryn and the many dance parties they had as kids. (Alexa, play "What is love?" by Haddaway)
Groomsman
Jack and his wife Nicole live in New York City. If you want to know exactly which recruits the University of Texas Football program is after, Jack is your man. He also enjoys playing golf and hitting the gym. Unlike Jack Reid, if you see him headed to the dance floor you may want to move in the opposite direction.
Bridesmaid
Savannah is Kathryn's youngest cousin and a junior at Foster High School. If you have any trips to Disney World coming up, you must get Savannah's recommendations. She may even whip you up a killer PowerPoint of all the hot spots. Her years as a cheerleader will also make her a fun companion on the dance floor.
Groomsman
(No this isn't a typo there really is another Ryan in the wedding). Ryan Finke and his wife Sidne reside in Austin, Texas. They are also the proud owners of a Golden Retriever. If you ask nicely, they might even show you a few photos. On top of that, feel free to ask Ryan anything about Texas athletics and the Astros.
Bridesmaid
Elly and Kathryn (along with Clayton), were brought together during their freshman year of college through their sorority. Kathryn is grateful for the chance to keep her close by while Elly is a resident at Baylor Medical School in Houston. Despite being busy with medical school the last few years, Elly is quite the traveler and is the perfect person to talk to if you are looking to take a trip to Hawaii, Spain, or Switzerland.
Groomsman
Zach is a practicing attorney in the Houston area. Watch out though, if you ask for legal advice at the wedding, he will charge you. Zach loves to watch the Astros and Texas Athletics. He loves to travel, and if you have a trip planned to Greece, Zach is the man you want to talk to (he may have been there once or twice).
Bridesmaid
Clayton was literally the first person that Kathryn met at UT (it doesn't get more fated than that). Clayton has put her mechanical engineering degree to good use as she works to make prosthetics and orthotics for patients across Texas. You can catch Clayton and Kathryn running to the dance floor when anything by Taylor Swift comes on.
Groomsman
Jacob lives in Houston and is the sole Aggie of the groomsmen - not quite sure why Paul let one in. He enjoys playing pickleball and going for runs on the trails in Houston. You're most likely to bump into Jacob by the cake, and if you do, ask him about his favorite trails and his professional pickleball aspirations.
Bridesmaid
Ashley is an adventurer at heart, and loves to camp or spend time outdoors. After a full day working as an engineer in Houston, she can be found walking her adorable Australian shepherd, Duncan. Ashley is passionate about women in STEM, oh, and she also competes in the occasional triathlon.
Groomsman
Sean and his wife Erinn live in Denver, Colorado. Sean is the only one on the list that may rival Ryan Reid's ability to carry a conversation. He is the most fashionable of the groomsmen, so feel free ask for advice - Paul usually does. Sean also enjoys bicycling and walking the dog.
Bridesmaid
If you thought "Finke sounds familiar", that is because it is. Sidne married fellow groomsman, Ryan Finke, back in November 2022. Kathryn and Sidne share many fond memories from being "the girlfriends" of the friend group back in college. It is thanks to them that all of the groomsman are here today in one piece. Sidne is a brilliant lawyer and fiercely loyal friend. True to her roots, you'll find Sidne singing on the dance floor, knowing every word of every song.
