Love is Patient

We officially met at a friend's birthday party in NYC at the end of our freshman year of Bates College. We were only 19 years old. Soon after returning to school for our sophomore year, we started dating. Our love blossomed during a magical second year at school as both of us realized this was the love we wanted for the rest of our lives. But, we still had some growing up to do and struggled in our efforts to do that together. Throughout the years following graduation we remained in touch as we explored the world and ourselves, always remembering the special love we had. We came back together for good in 2017, choosing to finally dedicate our love to one another for the rest of our lives. We are so excited to celebrate this journey of our love with all of you.
