Mediterranean Display Hummus, tabboulch & taziki served with pita wedges, carrots, celery, and bell peppers, and assorted olives. Charcuterie Board Offers seasonal grilled vegetables, roasted red peppers, marinated olives, artichoke hearts, slices of prosciutto, salami, sopressata, pecorino and crumbled goat cheese over sliced French bread... you can breathe now.

Caprese Salad Sliced red and yellow beefsteak tomatoes and mozzarella mesclun mix, basil oil & balsamic reduction. A side of garlic & rosemary roasted red potatoes and herb grilled vegetables.

Chicken Breast of Chicken with a Marsala Wine Sauce. Seafood Bronzed Mahi-Mahi with Mango Salsa with a side of Vanilla Rum Butter. Beef Sliced Tenderloin of Beef with a Peppercorn Brandy Sauce. *A vegetarian option will be available upon request at the time of dinner service.

Viennese Table A beautiful display of assorted fancy desserts to include macaroons, bite-sized, brownies, cupcakes, cannolis, cake pops, assorted petit four, mini bombes, chocolate covered strawberries, and mini shot glasses desserts to include tiramisu, key lime and chocolate mousse. Other specialty desserts will be passed around after dinner.
Cannoli Cake
Our Wedding Cake is created by Sweet Guilt by Angelica. The cake features a cannoli flavored base with a cannoli inspired frosting. Guests will receive a cupcake replica of the wedding cake that will include a mini cannoli on top.
