On July 14 when Jenn & I first saw each other online, we thought it was a mistake. We didn't understand why an app would match two people who lived in different hemispheres. At the time, China was still in the shadow of the covid closures & there was little hope of us being able to meet. We could have easily given up because there's no way to date someone you've never met, who lives in a country that you may not even be able to travel to right? Against the odds, God had a different plan. Jenn's faith stood out so noticeably that I was determined to pursue her. Looking back, who knew that July 14 would be one of the most memorable days of our lives in more ways than one...
