What’s the Wedding dress code?

Answer

Festive cocktail or formal attire. Color is strongly encouraged!

Yes! Bring your dancing shoes and plan to stay for revelry past midnight.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do, but this will be an adults only weekend with the exception of our nieces and nephews. Some hotels offer babysitting services like The Four Seasons if you schedule in advance.

How should we get around Mexico City?

Answer

Mexico City is very walkable, but it's also the biggest city in North America, so Uber is a great and trusted way to get around. Guests will Uber to and from the wedding.

What is the weather in Mexico City like in January?

Answer

Daily temperatures will be around 70 or 75F during the day and will get chillier at night. Mexico city has a high elevation (7k ft) so be sure to drink plenty of (bottled) water.

Do I need a passport to visit Mexico City?

Answer

Yes. And make sure it’s up to date and expires after July 2024. If you need to renew, we recommend doing it asap as the US State department estimates +13 weeks routine processing time to renew a US passport.

Is Mexico City safe?

Answer

Mexico City in general is very safe - especially the neighborhoods of Condesa, Roma, Juarez and Polanco. However, like any big city, you should be aware of your surroundings and exercise caution; don’t venture into areas where you feel unsafe.

Can I drink the water?

Answer

Stick to bottled water. Travel with your choice of pepto, charcoal pills, etc. to be extra safe.
