Day-to-day: For men and women we recommend modest summer clothing (i.e. keep shirts and shorts around knee length). Events: Men: colorful Indian attire is preferred, but business casual is perfectly acceptable. Women: colorful Indian attire is preferred, but you can wear anything you are comfortable with Wedding: Men: colorful Indian attire is preferred, but business casual is perfectly acceptable. You can wear a suit if you like, though you might stand out a bit. Women: Lehenga, Saree (classic or pre-stitched for ease!), or something fun and colorful.
Most importantly, PACKAGED WATER ONLY! We plan on providing water, but there are also plenty of local shops/stores which will sell it as well. BEWARE OF HOW SPICEY FOOD IS BY DEFAULT! If you are eating out, please tell them to reduce the spice to zero! Avoid street food! Restaurants are safe, but again tone down the spice! For those staying in our pre-arranged accommodations, we will provide all meals. The provided meals will tone Spices way down!
