It all began when Paul accepted a job at Club Vikes, but little did he know this decision would change his whole life. When they were first introduced, Diana instantly placed him in the friend zone, but Paul was patient. He became her best friend, and eventually, tricked her into falling in love with him. We went to Playa Del Carmen with Diana's sister for a 5-day vacation during the first week of January in 2018. As soon as we got to the resort and got to our room I (Paul) told the girls I was going to go walk around and explore the grounds. I walked straight to the concierge desk to find out what they did for proposals. I found out they offered a romantic moonlit private dinner on the beach and all I had to do was pay for it and they did all the work. Two nights later on January 4th we had our special dinner. Diana had no idea what was going on. We got to the beach and walked down a candle lit path to our private table with our private waiter. We had an incredible meal and experience and when dessert came out the plate had "Will You Marry Me?" written on it. I got down on one knee and proposed at that moment and it was one of the happiest moments of our lives.
